With the judgement from the 12.May 1999 312 0 85/98 - Responsibility for Links - the regional court Hamburg decided, that the creation of links and therin content is also within the responsiblitiy of the link creator. This can be prevented, so the court, only by the fact that one dissociates oneself expressly from these contents.

Since we do not have any influence on the organization and contents of the links, we hereby expressly dissociate ourselves from all contents of all links on this server and do not make ourselves the owners of such links and therin contents.
